    Just something to be mindful of guys; if you’re late for your class, you may forfeit your spot to someone on the wait list. So please ensure you’re on time. We’d hate for you to miss a sesh because you were 5 mins late.

    Warm up: Airdyne, mobility, CFWU x 1

    WOD: 5 rounds for time
    50cal Airdyne
    25 x 5kg Med Ball push press/throw (basically a wall ball without the squat)

    Time – 19:46

    This was tough! Nice work 0530 crew 🙂

    Shoulder feels good but didn’t want to push it just yet good wod tough
    Good effort by all.

    25 x 7.5kg wall ball
    29:40 ……. Ouch that one hurt!

    AM = Row 2 minute intervals with 1 min rest x 5 – spm = 16, damper setting = 1, averaged 467m per 2 min.

    PM = Squat 45, 65, 75kg – KB Press 20, 20, 20kg, Handstand hold.
