    We’ve had a spot become available on our 3-hour Run Clinic tomorrow (Sat 12th 9.30am). First to contact Jason 0417977699 gets the spot. Cell Members $20. Non-Members $30.

    Hey Steve, about 30 secs before I started the scaled “Helen” challenge this morning, I completed a unassisted pull-up, clearing the bar with chin right over. Too late to change from scaled but really happy nonetheless!! Wanted to say a big thanks for your coaching and help with these. 

    AM = Sandbag(41kg)shouldering with 2 lunges forwards and 2 back, repeat other side x 3
    Bulgarian ring dips 4 x 5
    Front lever pulls 4 x 5

    PM = Squat 45, 65, 75kg – KB press 20,20,20kg – Handstand hold

    Thanks Graeme but I’m not convinced the first one was over the bar. It was a “no rep”. The second definitely was. 

    Thanks Pete, I’m really excited about it. It’s one of the goals I set during my fundamentals. I was watching Michelle in a WOD looking strong with her pull-ups and vowed to one day be able to do them too. It’s only one but hopefully the beginning of many more 🙂
