    AM = Press 5,5,5, 10, 7, 5 @ 35, 37.5, 37.5, 30, 30, 30kg

    WOD = scaled to 25kg = around 9 minutes – My grip yet again gave out, but form felt great.

    PM = Squat 45, 65, 75kg – The 75kg was heaps quicker today.
