Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds

    50 x 16kg Russian KB Swing

    Mobility drills
    Then:
    2 x warm up rounds of:
    5 x pistols each leg
    5 strict tuck sit pull ups
    5 x slow T2B
    5 x headstand presses

    Then:

    Rd2: 3.05min
    Rd3: 3.22min
    Rd4: 3.39min
    Rd5: 3.43min
    TOTAL: 28:57min

    My sincere appologies for my no show this morning – I have had real problems sleeping lately, could not get my head of the pillow. I have changed my classes for the rest of the week so I can get my self right.
    Had to sub the pullups for handstand push ups, I still dont have a pull up in me after last Saturday.

    I faded horribly but not unhappy with the times. Last time I did this workout I received a visit from Pukie about 20 minutes later.

    I don’t have my times here for comment, but got through 5 rounds without mutilating my hands too much so i’m happy!

    starting to chain together more air squats too which is sweet 🙂

    I don’t know what my times were…but I know I just scrapped in before the cut off. It was terribly tough.

    Thanks Kate and Adrian. My hands are fried and yesterday while wondering around hand in hand with my little girl Cam, she said, ‘Mum, you really need to do something about those hands. They are just ugly and hard’. Elizabeth Arden’s eight hour cream has since been applied in large quantities, a number of times! 🙂
