    Warm up:
    1 x ladder
    cliff street
    mobility drills

    30min AMRAP of:
    where 1 round =
    1 x ladder
    Bear crawl up Cliff street
    10 x burpees
    run down Mount street to first island, then run back to top of Jacobs
    4 full rounds + nearly 1 x ladder

    REST 5mins

    25kg Weight vest on and walk around Kakoda for an hour, had the pleasure of some of the class come with me to keep me company, gees it was hot this morning, great work to all who attended! We finished these outdoor sessions with a bang for this summer!

    Warm up:
    Mobility drills

    On the minute every minute, execute the following for 12 rounds (12mins)
    24kg KB Russian Swing, 15 reps
    Pushups, 15 reps
    Each round was between 33-37 sec bar the second last round which was about 41 sec
