    Warm up:
    Airdyne, 100cal
    Mobility drills
    3 rounds of:
    5 dead hang tuck sit pull ups
    5 slow controlled k2e
    5 pistols each leg
    5 head stand presses (1x abmat)

    Then:
    Power snatch
    3 x 5 @50kg

    1x press
    1x push press
    @55kg

    Then:
    32kg kb Russian swing, 12 reps
    Pull ups, 12 reps
    Every minute on the minute for 8 mins
    Got to 7 rounds

    Finisher:
    50 x 10kg wallball, 10ft

    Great nutrition workshop last night, thanks Jase! I learn so much from them, benefit greatly from Q&A time and always leave inspired. Such as being inspired by Jane’s idea of putting coconut milk in the freezer for a little while…tried it this morning. Apparently 5 hours in the freezer is a bit too long…oops 🙂 Perhaps next time I will set a timer.

    Had a number in my head I wanted to achieve and set out with a strategy in mind. Beat it by 1 rep. Happy with that! Great playing with the 5:30am crew this morning. It really helped to hear Steve throughout the WOD pushing for 100% from us.
