    WOD:
    3 RFT
    10 x 24kg double KB clean
    12 x Burpees
    15 x 42.5kg OHS

    Rxd: 7:18
    Havn’t back squatted for a while so was happy with weight for a start. Especially considering last week I had to use the wall to lower my self on to the toilet – got to love those thrusters.

    Warm up:
    Equipment carry to destination (25kg Bulgarian Bag + 24kg KB) About 200m
    Mobility drills and stair practice

    Then:
    3 RFT of:
    24kg KB American Swing, 50 reps +
    Push ups, 25 reps +
    25kg Bulgarian Bag squat clean and throw, 15-20m to foot of stairs +
    82 step climb with platforms with 25kg Bulgarian Bag +
    Run Back to KB with bag

    TIME = I did time it but some kids played with my timing device, nevertheless I pushed this hard in the heat…

    All good. Thanks to Jase & Storm for helping me with form, Im discovering the nuances between power and oly lifting.

    I should have gone heavier on KB, but still wary of my form on OHS’s.

    Just got back from the Dr – my bones are unbreakable!! Luckily I got away with just bruising and swelling (although there’s plenty of both!). Hopefully I’ll be back at training next week *fingers crossed*

    I liked this WOD.

    I also listened to Coach Burgners advice and finally got some Weight lifting shoes……… they make a huge difference!!
