    WU – 80 cal airdyne, mobility, CFWU x 2

    WOD – 3 rft of 33 x 42.5kg thrusters, 33 x burpees, 40 cal airdyne

    37 mins something

    tweaked my left hamstring on tuesday sprinting after travis so no running for now.. 😦

    thrusters not so bad it was the burpees that floored me. peter f sailed through them and left me in his dust..

    40 min run – medium pace with steep long dune sprints (these were at 100%)

    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
    24 kb USA swing
    Hand release push ups
    Untamed but moved at maximal pace

    *I am sure this is a PB! very happy with this

    Please bring the Mo back.. Spewing I missed today, would of been amazing to see Rod do a tripple back flip… So What’s the verdict steve?
