WU – 500m row, 400m run, cFWU, mobility

WOD – as rx’ed but K2E were pretty crappy.

    19 mins something

My forearm which had been giving me some probs before was ok with this but my hands which i managed to strip off most of the skin on wednesdays ropeathon made it quite painful at times.

Immense effort by Peter F doing it with 40kg. Inspirational wtaching you gut it out…

I want to go global with this people…

    “Lets bring back the mo”!

What does this mean exactly, well I will tell you, I believe if Rod ‘MacGyver’ Kantor brings back his mo, it has the potential capacity to aid global peace and an over arching peaceful sovereignty to global conditions as a whole.

People, lets bring back the mo, with sustainable mass pressure Mr K will be forced to bring back the mo, in all its grey glory. He believes grey is ridiculous, I believe it may be the cure to a child’s hunger…

    “Bring back the mo”…
