    7 RFT of:
    100kg Deadlift, 7 reps
    GHD Sit Ups, 7 reps
    Ring Dips, 7 reps
    Time: 11.31mins

    Back Squats: 40-45-50kg 5 reps, then 20 reps @ 40kg

    7 RFT of:
    60kg Deadlift, 7 reps
    GHD Sit ups, 7 reps
    Ring dips (w/red band), 7 reps
    Time: 11:17mins

    54 burpees completed

    Back Squays: 5-5-5-5-5 reps @ 70kg

    7 RFT of:
    100kg Deadlift, 7 reps
    GHD Sit ups, 7 reps
    Ring Dips, 7 reps
    Time: 12:40ish I think

    Deadlifts got heavy and slowed me down a lot, was a good session lots of screaming! Well done all 😀
