    WOD: For time-
    100m sandbag carry
    10 sandbag get ups
    200m sandbag carry
    20 sandbag get ups
    300m sandbag carry
    30 sandbag get ups
    400m sandbag carry
    40 sandbag get ups

    Have a blister that keeps splitting open when I do WODs with bars or KB’s. Had a bar/KB free WOD to give my pathetic princess hands a break and give them a chance to heal.

    Thanks again, Jase, for the opportunity to work out today and to my buddy Zoe who ran with me on the 400m and counted get ups for me. 🙂

    Sick of burpees like you wouldn’t believe. 64 today. Why did i ever listen to Storm when she said do it times 4

    51 burpees today, was getting a bit fed up so started off with inverted burpees, but they were harder than I remember, reset the clock and did the 51 standard.
