    First time in the gym since getting to work….

    WU:
    1k on treadmill
    1x CFWU
    mobility

    WOD:

    10x 60kg Deadlift
    20x Pull Ups
    30x Renegade Row 10kg dumbell
    40x Dips
    50x Press 10kg Dumbell
    60x Push Ups
    70x Sit Ups
    80x Squats
    1 mile on treadmill

    Time: 23:51

    Just used what ever was set up or easy to do in the gym, was pretty tired after the early morning fire drill!!!

    AMRAP/15 mins
    Run 100m (soft sand for me)
    20 Flutter kicks w/lower legs in water
    15 Squats
    10 Push Ups
    5 Burpee + Broad Jump

    Jase said I got like 8 or 9 rounds but I thought it was 7. anyway good lightish WOD after y’days painathon

    Sweating blood reunion today, epic was just inevitable… It was the heat that hurt.

    Warm up:
    Mobility

    Then for time Of:
    100 x thrusters @ 35kg, everytime bar went down do 10 dead hang pullups
    Then:
    Run 1km
    Row 2km
    Airdyne 100cal
    42 x burpees
    Time = 43.04min

    Run 100m (soft sand for 50m, harder sand for 50m)
    20 Flutter kicks w/lower legs in water
    15 Squats
    10 Push Ups
    5 Burpee + Broad Jump

    Was on my 7th round…I think. Loved cooling off with the flutter kicks.

    Burpees not done yet

    brilliant to train with the crew this morning, no better way to kick your day into gear.
