Perhaps it is a quiet time to reflect upon the year past and where you as a person  are moving from this point onwards… Incorporate a holistic approach to your life and realise that we function as an integrated whole.     This was super tough and the last 1 mile run was an absolute grind..

    well done to all who took part in this one (and stef & jase had 10kg weight vests on as well)

    75 Box Jumps (21″)- giving blistered hands a break & working on my Achilles

    50 Burpees
    1 mile run (with Zoe)

    Zoe’s WOD:
    20 squats
    15 box jumps
    10 burpees
    1 mile run

    time: 35:53

    Zoe was a real trooper in the run. She pushed hard all the way to the finish line. Proud of my training buddy!
