    W/up: 400m run + 400m row + mobility

    WOD: 21-15-9 reps of Power Clean (24kg) and Pull ups (red band)
    then run 800m, then 9-15-21 reps of Push Jerk (24kg), knees to elbows
    Time – 27:06min
    Lost a great deal of time on the knees to elbows. Was working on single reps towards the end. These need work!

    36 burpees completed

    Frog Complex
    Squat Clean+Thruster+Back Squat+Behind-the-Neck Thruster x 6 reps
    After every 6 reps, increase the load.
    Did 35/40/45/50kgs

    21-15-9 reps of:
    50kg Power Clean
    Pull Ups
    Run 800m
    9-15-21 reps of:
    50kg Push Jerk
    Knees to Elbows
    Time: 20.37mins

    About 32 degrees and 60% humidity! Very sweaty WOD

    100 x push ups
    150 x airsquats
    TIME = 25.25min
