Sunday 14 November 2010

Posted by The Coach on November 13th, 2010

One of our greatest challenges in life is realising our own truth and what may work for our belief systems. But the challenge does not stop there, we must understand this truth, believe in it wholly, then express it in a language  and manner that those around us can understand… Stef Sifandos.

Being aware of why we hold our beliefs can liberate our truth.

Run 6km. Rest day yesterday. Aiming to ramp up in lead to December. Lots of sparring on this week.

Stef, Dan, you guys are a special breed hey. Prodigious.
