    I do recall Bliss telling me about when she was having a fitting for her dress she was about to pop a handstand, just to try it out, as you do, but was stopped from such tomfoolery by her mum.

    Big day, few vinos, Storm in her ear; Mum doesn’t stand a chance. I reckon we could see a bridal handstand! :-p

    Great start to the weekend training with the sat morning crew…

    Power cleans: 3 @ 70kg, 3 @ 75kg, 3 @ 80kg. Previous 1rm power clean was 75kg but havent done them for a while. 3rd rep at 80 was nearly a squat clean, but I’ll take it.

    WOD as rxd: 12.39

    Fun little wod. I am glad that the burpees replaced toes 2 bar from the original. Still sore from thurs…
