It is amazing to see how different cultures around the world can execute amazing feats of strength, balance, coordination, power, agility, accuracy, finesse and a great deal of timing. This exhibition is not only a phenomenal testament to their training and hard, dedicated work; but it is also a reflection of what the human body and mind can achieve in unity. This cultural exhibition of the mentioned physical attributions is a different way of expressing a “one in the same” message. The body is an amazing tool and in collaborative effort with the mind’s power and if harnessed correctly can achieve almost the infinite…

    HAHAHA! Excellent! I only wish I could do that, but the question is do they have groin guards and which little Indian man do I remind you of??? None I hope! But it would solidify Kate’s thoughts upon me at the present…

    1hr 45 min MTB Ride on sweet sweet single track at Mundaring, including 12 x 2 minute hill repeats, with equal recovery*.

    * In the 2 minutes of recovery, I had lots of fun going back down the hill as fast as I could. Last week my best time was 70 seconds, today the fastest run was 52 seconds, it was scary and exhilarating at the same time. πŸ™‚

    Nice front squat. But can he do 30 with his bodyweight And run a mile πŸ™‚ hahaha

    I’m guessing with that strength there isn’t much need to run. There’d be nothing to run from!
