    WU = Run 800m, KB swings x 100, CFWU.

    WOD as Rx’d = 8:40

    Today was my back-off day, so kept my heart rate low by resting as needed between movements.

    WOD – as rx;ed 07:50

    surprisingly I found pushups the weak link

    I did not manage to keep my heart rate low 😦

    adrian & I estimated 6 mins so a bit fof but what the hey..
