A big thank you to Biljana. Why? Well Biljana is always early, she stays late, she cleans up after everyone, she is a constant source of support to many athletes and is a staunch supporter of The Cell and its coaches. Biljana is responsible for many of the paralettes we use at The Cell as well as our little rep recording white board cards. Oh and did we mention that Biljana, and her boys Kris and Nikk, travel from Clarkson up to 4 times a week to train with us! For those who don’t know, Clarkson is around an hour north on a good day!

    WU – 400 run, CFWU x 2, mobility, MU set up/practice

    PP – as y shoulders were tight fm BB jerk y’day did 2 x KB PP

    3 x 24/28/32kg 12 x 24kg

    WOD – MU progressions. 4 mins something.

    kudos to (new) pete for gutting out the full MU’s.

    W/U – Set up for muscle ups, 400m run, cfwu x1, mobility

    Strength – Push Press 3x 55, 60, 65 pb. Then 12 @ 40kg

    WOD – Scaled to jumping muscle ups – 6:14

    Hi everyone.

    It was a sunny 36 here today and humid just how I like it.

    Trained with the guys from Crossfit Darwin today.

    3km run didn’t keep time just ran the distance will head out earlier tomorrow so as to avoid the heat thought I was going to drip away to nothing.

    Warm Up – Skipping and chatting to the girls.

    Tuesday is always max double unders in 2min to start.
    83 Reps, yes I know ordinary but hey good days and bad day’s got to appreciate them all.

    WOD
    Pull-Ups
    1 in the first minute and then repeat numbers for each minute.

    12 Rounds

    Tore my fingers up good probably could have got the 13 out but I’m superstitious and wanted some skin left, have been adjusting my grip so that I avoid tearing my palms and don’t lose strength in my hands.
