Then

“Double Alternating Tabata’s”
85kg Deadlifts
Knees to Elbows
Start the clock and perform as many reps as possible for 20 seconds of deadlifts. Rest 10 seconds. Then perform as many K2Es as possible in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat this 14 more times for a total of 16 sets. Your score is counted by the total number of reps in 16 sets; 8 alternating sets of deadlifts and knees to elbows. The entire workout should take 8 minutes.

    172 reps total

    WOD as Rx’d

    161 reps total

    One of the other guys down here got 184 reps with excellent form throughout!

    Training with Biljana, the wright Bros and Rod

    WU – 800m run, mobility, snatch skills WU

    PS – 3 x 40/45/47.5kg

    WOD – as rx’ed 86 reps. Rep count was low but happy with K2E as apart fm a few reps most were actually K2E!!

    Then
    2×20 squat
    3×10 Jump squat
    3×10 DB Goblet Squats (32kg, 40kg, 48kg)
    Then
    3×20 back squat at 70kg
    Then
    100xpush press at 40kg (reps broken)

    I’m broken as well, don’t expect to walk for a couple of days.
