Tired of feeling frustrated and overwhelmed by sustainability and “going green”? Overwhelmed by details or concerned about the potential cost?

We are hosting a special event Friday, the 17th of September at 6:30pm (after the last class) with Tracy Lydiatt, one of our members.

Tracy is a Sustainability advisor, author and international speaker. Her new book Your Green Family Blueprint explains what sustainability means in simple language, recognises that each family is unique and provides four principles to cut through the mountains of information about going green. Tracy will deliver a short “class”, summarising the key points you need to know to keep your family safe and healthy and how to go green without going broke or crazy!

Stef will also assist Tracy and help others contemplate psychological and philosophical understandings that predicate and underpin Tracy’s amazing book. Please come and support your fellow Cell athlete and learn some important information. There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions.

    Dynamic mobility
    1 x ladder
    Dynamic mobility
    KB drills

    5 RFT of:
    1 x ladder
    1 x round of The Cell KB complex with 24kg KB
    (10 x slasher to HALO + 5 x Deck squat + 10 russian swing + 10 snatches + 10 x C & press) +
    10 x push ups with hand release
    TIME = 34.29min

    3 x 1min handstand holds with 1.30min rest between


    *felt it was a touch slow, perhaps because I have not done the ladder for a while, speed on the ladder was good though.
