    WU – 400m run, mobility, Burgener WU, Snatch practice TOGETHER !! 🙂

    PS 3 x 40/45/50kg

    WOD – on advice of Officer Storm scaled to 40 kg.

    8 rft – 5 x 40kg PS, 200 run = 12:42

    I must have kept up with steve for all of 1/2 the 1st set of snatches then he was off..

    Not sure how Phil got on this morning – he was completely sh*tfaced last night after celebrating mine & Lara’s birthdays and didn’t get much sleep – I asked him how he went & he just said ok – man of many words!

    Was not overly impressed with me that I’d booked him in today after a night on the pop 🙂

    He did 25kg snatches, I was all over him on his technique and his running was as i expected effortless. I would have been happier if he looked at least a bit more sweaty just, over 12 mins was his time.
