    Subbed the WOD for Rowing 30 sec on 30 sec off x 10
    Wats = 230 – 280

    Warm up (closely monitored and critiqued by Storm, Bliss and Mike)
    2 rounds: 10 x OHS, pull ups, dips, handstand abmatx3 elbow cracks (don’t laugh Storm, they were hard!)

    5 RFT (15kg sandbag)
    200m Sandbag Carry
    15 Sand Bag Get Ups
    10 Sandbag Burpee Cleans
    5 Sandbag Thrusters

    Time = 26:14
    Relentless workout, loved it!

    50 x decline ab curl
    50 x D/B squats 30 kg (i just used one D/B and racked it to my chest
    300 x dbl unders

    around 34 mins

    Like Jas said rowing workshop on the way guys, but over the next few weeks if you are in my line of sight and on the rower you will be getting tweeked, prodded, and told to get of the flat of your bum and onto some bum bones in the catch.

    That should get you thinking along with draging your hands along the table and under it……hehehe

    Push Press 1 x 3 @ 55kg Going for PB – Got 2 up and failed 3rd (Guess another PB this week was getting a little greedy Steve hehehe)

    Jingle Jangles – 80 reps total

    then …
    got 4 unassisted pull ups in a row!! Yay!! Thanks for the encouragement Michelle! 😀 It is such an awesome feeling to want something for so long, to work for it and the feeling when you finally get it is unbelievable.

    1 x 3 @ 45kg PB 🙂
    I was feeling strong, so tried for 3 reps at 47.5kg, go 2 out but couldn’t quite get the third.

    WOD as Rx’d
    86 rounds

    It felt good to be running again…… kind of 😉

    Then some pull up and dip practice – awesome achievement with the pull ups, Biljana! It was great to watch.

    And then the Snatch Skills Session:
    Various technique work with the broomstick, some Pressing Snatch Balances and Heaving snatch balances @ 15kg, and finally Snatch Balances
    3-3-3-3 @ 15-25-30-32.5kg
