    Believe me Stef, if you weren’t holding those bags together, you would’ve been assisting me to hold another bag together because it would have ended in a serious groin injury! 😛 BTW, are you looking at my butt?! hahahaha

    Jeez Andrew, lucky you didn’t see me at the top of the ladder yesterday! And remind me not to ever let you walk into a Police Station. Those places are the epitome of a what not to do OS&H picture!

    Jase 🙂

    Jase, hopefully Stef wasn’t looking UP your shorts?!! ahahaa 😉

    WU – 500m row + CFWU x 2, mobility

    WOD – 5 rft of 300 skips, 50 mountain climbers. 50 sit ups

    28:59 harder than it looks. was just coming in at abv 6 mins per rd so must have pulled out the stops on the last round.

    I think mary anne has a invisible hoverpack for her DU’s – effortless!!

    Morning warm up
    Numerous SMS msg’s sent and received in an attempt to curb Stef’s enthusiasm for us doing a long and probably crazy WOD at lunchtime.

    Wish me luck!

    Jase 🙂

    The other day, I was thinking that I needed to practice my Double unders, so got the chance today. A fun WOD.

    Awesome effort everyone. Might have to see if I can motivate myself to give it a crack later today.

    5km row – 23:46min Not my PB but was an ok row. 🙂
    Played around with stroke rate & technique. First 3km easy row then last 2km went flat out…hmmm… found out some interesting things…

    WU – 500m row + CFWU x 2, mobility

    WOD – 3 reps for time of
    * 50 double unders
    * 50 mountain climbers
    * 50 sit ups

    34ish minutes.

    1. This was my second WOD with double unders where I actually did double unders. Pete flying through them next to me was really inspiring – gave me something to look forward to whilst I slogged through mine. I can’t wait for the next wod with them in it – need the practice.

    2. I think that coming to the Cell at 5:30am in the morning is admirable. Having now done my first one at that time of day, I take my hat of to all those who regularly train first thing in the morning. Legends!

    3. This wod was the hardest I have done, and I needed and really appreciated the encouragement of everyone around this morning. From Stef who kept me going on the sit ups, to Pete who kept my count going for most of the third round and the rest of you for your words of encouragement – thank you. thank you. thank you.
