    WOD
    5 rounds for time of:
    20kg Kettlebell Snatch, 20 reps
    Double Unders, 20 reps

    Time = 10:44

    Finisher:
    5 Pullups (strict)
    10 OHS each arm (20kg KB)
    5 Pushups
    10 Lunges
    10 Double KB Floor Press (20kg KB’s)
    20 Situps

    Really struggled with low energy today, probably due to 5 workout days in a row and not enough sleep. I really need to rest up and recover, feeling pretty sore all over right now!

    Warm up: Skipping practice, CFWU x 2, mobility, KB Snatch x6 @ 10kg, 12kg, 16kg

    WOD as Rx’d

    Time = 8:23

    Need to work a bit on KB Snatch technique – thanks Jase, I’ll work on the elbow bend with a lighter KB at home 🙂

    Storm, you’ll be pleased to know that my absence yesterday morning paid off. After a couple of days relaxing at home in bed, and although the throat and back are still nagging, I’m feeling much better 🙂

    5 RFT:

    This took forever – however I managed to kind of get the whole double-unders thing mostly working now, so really happy,
