    20kg Kettlebell Snatch, 20 reps
    Double Unders, 20 reps

    Time = 10:44

    5 Pullups (strict)
    10 OHS each arm (20kg KB)
    5 Pushups
    10 Lunges
    10 Double KB Floor Press (20kg KB’s)
    20 Situps

    Really struggled with low energy today, probably due to 5 workout days in a row and not enough sleep. I really need to rest up and recover, feeling pretty sore all over right now!

    Brick training:

    11-14mins on bike (including transitions)
    9-12mins running (including transitions)
    4 rounds
    Total time = 1hr 35min

    *Riding was the same track all the way through, running was mixed up, mainly hills

    5min intermission

    5 RFT of:
    10 burpees
    20 double unders
    TIME = 5.07min

    Stretch / foam roll

    Fun WOD with more work to be done on KB & D/U’s technique.

    Time = 8:23

    Need to work a bit on KB Snatch technique – thanks Jase, I’ll work on the elbow bend with a lighter KB at home 🙂

    Storm, you’ll be pleased to know that my absence yesterday morning paid off. After a couple of days relaxing at home in bed, and although the throat and back are still nagging, I’m feeling much better 🙂
