    Haven’t done a single tyre flip before aside from hanging out in dad’s maint. workshop giving graders and tractors a facelift…okay I’m a little excited… see you tomorrow 🙂

    This WOD looks AWESOME!!!!

    Back, I hate you for preventing me from doing this WOD.

    The physio said I have to take tomorrow off, but should be back at training on Wednesday with lots of restrictions. Poor thoracic mobility is the culprit (surprise, surprise)….

    Warm Up – 1000m row / 50 KB swings / mobility

    7 rounds for time of:
    88kg Tyre Flip, 7 reps
    25kg Push Press, 7 reps
    18kg American Swings, 7 reps

    Because we were so enthusiastic this morning, Steve gave us 3 x rounds of tail-pipes at the end of the WOD HAHAHA!!!! We’re all barking mad!! 20 calorie burn on a/dyne vs 10kg double KB rack.

    It’s official:-)… This is my favourite wod I’ve done so far, I LoVed IT !!!… this includes the lovely finisher Steve added in for us at the end 😉 Thanks Steve it was a perfect work load.

    AWSOME AWSOME WORK 530er’s this morning was GoLd. Anyone thats heading in to do todays wod GO HARD GUYS !! it’s alot of fun:-)

    P.S. Michelle hope your back pain is easing off… keep up the Studio Pilates work for your thoracic & shoulder girdle mobility hun, it will only get better from here in:-)

    30 – 20 – 10 for time:
    Burpee
    High hang snatch 20kg
    Double unders
    Bar must not touch the ground – If so go back to the start of rep count that you are on.
    Time = 16:21

    I loved this WOD – so much fun.

    FIJI FINISHER –

    3 RFT each (in a team with Mandy)

    250M row
    12kg double KB rack hold

    7 minutes something – ouch!!

    Anyway, we will see you when we get back. Train hard and think of us sipping cocktails by the ocean!! 😉
