    Warm-up = Dynamic mobility, Squat x 5 @ 15, 15, 45, 65kg

    Squat 5 x 5 @ 90kg

    Then some gymnastics strength training:

    Parallette Pseudo Planche Push-ups 5 x 5

    Front Lever Pulls 5 x 5

    L-sit Bulgarian Ring Dips 5 x 5

    Training with the Wright family and Jason R

    WU – 1km row, mobility

    Zerchers – 3 x 60/70/80/85/90kg 15 x 60kg

    WOD – 40kg C&J, Sit ups with feet anchored. 5:50 something. Squat cleans not my strong point so i kept weight light but should prob have gone a little bit heavier – at least 45kg next time

    Jason showed me how to do GHD situps – was ok but waiting for the rhabdo to kick in…
