WOD
3 Rounds for time of:
Row 500m
Take your time in seconds from the row and perform that many double unders

If you take 2.00 mins (120 seconds) to row 500m, perform 120 double unders. If you take 1.45 mins (105 seconds) to row 500m, perform 105 double unders. The faster you row, the less double unders you have to perform.

    Warm-up = Mobility, Squat x 5 @ 15, 15, 45, 65kg.

    Squat 85kg x 3, 95 x 2, 105 x 1, 110 x 1, 112.5(F), 95 x 3, 95 x 3, 95 x 3.

    Then some gymnastics training:

    10 x Hollow Rocks, 10 x Spinal rolls, 10 x Supermans.

    On the Parallettes:
    10 x Tuck Planche(held for 5 seconds), passing through into a L sit (held for 5 seconds), passing back through into a Elbow lever (held for 5 seconds).

    Then onto the rings:
    10 x Front Lever progressions
    10 x Back Lever progressions

    WOD as Rx’d

    Time = 22:44

    Rd 1 – 1:57 = 117 DUs
    Rd 2 – 1:58 = 118 DUs
    Rd 3 – 1:56 = 116 DUs

    I wasn’t feeling the double-under love this morning, but great WOD none-the-less.

    Biljana – I love the socks! They’re the best thing ever, I’m going to wear them even on non-rope climbing days πŸ™‚

    Next, I’ve got to get myself one of those sports skirts…. πŸ™‚
