I rolled both my ankles pretty nicely yesterday evening and at the moment can’t move either of them. Can I keep my sessions booked in this week? There’d possibly be something I could do…

There is plenty you can do my friend! Get in, surround yourself with positively minded people and get moving! The best thing you can do is nurture specifically that area that is hurt / injured and work hard around that.

You will be fine, do not worry and do not stress, these experiences make us smarter, harder, better and stronger both physically and mentally!

    See you this week buddy!

    🙂

still fighting a cold but i was bored and felt like lifting heavy shit, so i trained

    squat: 3x5x87.5
    press: 3x5x35
    power clean: 3x5x52.5
    chins

press felt really heavy – to be expected when i had so long off my left shoulder

cleans still have bits and pieces that need fixing but there were some good reps in there, so i’m happy

    Hi Guys,
Thanks for running the baseline challenge yesterday. It was good fun and gives me the drive to step my game up over the next few weeks.

    WOD Challenge “HELEN”
    400 run
    21 x 24kg KB Ammerican Swing (scaled to 20kg)
12 x Pull ups (scaled to Red Band)

    time 11.06

If I can use a 24kg Kb and maybe an orange band after the 6 weeks, and for around the 11 minute mark I will be happy.

    Anth 🙂
