    Great work form all this morning! Below is a link to Perth Mountain bike club, a gentleman is selling a mountain bike, if anyone is interested they can click on the link, and for verification on the quality of components, etc, I am sure our lovely Pete will shed some knowledge on the matter, Pete has been playing with Mountain bikes for a long time!

    200m row / 5 x manmakers (6kg dumbells) / 10 x split lunges= 3 rounds
    mobility

    STRENGTH
    Power Clean 3-3-3 reps, ascending sets
    29/35/40kg. I tried 45kg for a PB but failed.

    WOD
    AMRAP in 10 minutes:
    10kg Kettlebell Clean & Press, 10 reps
    Pull Up, 10 reps

    7 rounds, + 6 clean & press.

    Warm-up = Dynamic mobility (Stef style), Power clean x 5 @ 20, 30, 40, 45.

    Power Clean 3,3,3 @ 50, 55, 67.5kg

    WOD scaled to 16kg (strict press) = 9 rounds

    Hey stef, the bike looks in good condition for a 4 year old bike. I actually own a Specialised Epic and they are a very quick bike, ideal for tight single track and racing.

    Really trying to get my technique perfect before going any higher. There is much to learn.
    WOD
    AMRAP in 10 minutes:
    16kg Kettlebell Clean & Press, 10 reps – most of these were press, some on the left hand were push press.
    Pull Up, 10 reps

    6 rounds, + 10 + 1
    EXTRA
    2×10 Wall Run’s – These really help my shoulder and get’s things nice a free flowing. Getting closer to the wall too.
