40kg Power Snatch, 5 reps
Burpee, 10 reps
Run 200m

    Warm-up = Dynamic mobility, Back squat x 5 @ 15, 45, 65kg.

    Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 85kg

    Tabata Pushups (6 sets) 21, 15, 10, 10, 9, 9

    Handstand wall runs 20, 20, 20

    Mobility work
    I was the only one in the 530pm session at the beginning so I got some 121 coaching from Storm during the snatch complex. This was fantastic, felt so good to get some time to run through technique and get feedback. Thanks Storm 🙂

    WOD
    10 rounds for time of:
    25kg Power Snatch, 5 reps
    Burpee, 10 reps
    Run 200m

    TIME – 25.08 min (was really happy with this time)

    Also practised pull ups and got 2 sets of 7 out in a row on the orange band – woo hoo!
