Use a load that is approx 75-85% 5RM

    Warm-up = Dynamic mobility, Back squat x 5 @ 15, 45, 65kg.

    Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 80kg

    Just a quick training session today, woke up a bit sore and tired, now I feel mint.

    WU – 800 run, mobility

    BS – 5 x 90/100/110kg 20 x 90kg

    WOD – as rx’ed 06:32. cant find my time for 05 september but think it was 8 mins something so although I did the Combat class before that reasonably happy with this
