The Cell – CrossFit Games Regional Qualifiers Fundraiser is on this Friday night from 5.30pm at The Cell.     Warm-up = Dynamic mobility.

    Back squat x 5 @ 15, 45, 65, 75, 85, 90kg.

    Then some gymnastics training:

    10 x Hollow Rocks, 10 x Spinal rolls, 10 x Supermans.

    On the Parallettes:
    10 x Planche progressions (held for 5 seconds), passing through into a L sit (held for 5 seconds)

    Then onto the rings:
    10 x Front Lever progressions
    10 x Back Lever progressions

    Back to the floor:
    10 x V Situps, holding for 5 seconds in the V sit position

    Warm up: 3 rounds of (5 x 10kg medball get up, downward dog, 5 x push ups, pigeon stretch, 10 x slow sumo squats, instep stretch), Clean pulls and power clean practice

    It was hard to get the legs moving after the power cleans! Great work from the 0530 crew this morning 🙂

    3 mins rest
    30 secs on: 30 secs off repeated 4 times – Stef = 91 cal total

    Loved it, loved it, loved it…………… but I couldn’t catch Mandy – I was chasing but she was just too good!
