I am not going to give you a destination. I can only give you a direction – awake, throbbing with life, unknown, always surprising, unpredictable. – Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh

Awesome quotes Stef and Andrew – great way to reflect on the week that’s been and to move forward with the gift of a new week ahead.

Start your day with an intention…….

otherwise your day will be “in tension”….

Anth, nice training mate. I am on baby sitting duties whilst Vicki is collecting some hay from Boddington, and had to wait till Willow fell asleep on the couch to sneak a workout in.

Here’s what I did in my living room:

3 rounds of: (not timed, coz I suck at pistols and wanted to work on form)
    5 x Pistol Squats L leg
    5 x Pistol Squats R leg
    50 x Handstand wall runs

    Then
    Tabata Squats = 19, 19, 19, 19, 19, 19, 19, 19

    Finisher:
    30 x Hollow Rocks
    30 x Spinal Rolls
