    Warm-up = Dynamic mobility.

    Back squat x 5 @ 15, 45, 65, 75, 75 ,75kg (Kept it light to work on form and speed)


    For time:
    1 mile Run
    100 Pull-ups
    200 Pushups
    300 Squats
    1 mile Run

    Time = 35:29
    Partitioned it into 20 sets of 5 Pull-ups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats
