Ascending sets
Then
1 x 20 reps @ 70% 5RM

WOD
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Double Unders

Post total reps to comments

If you can’t do double unders, you have 10 minutes to practice. Like running, reading and tying your shoelaces, double unders are a skill. Learn them, practice them, master them.

    Happy Easter Cell-mates 🙂
If you all get choccie have some for me – day 7 of back to Paleo here for me and I have to say it’s been great. Sadly, that means no easter chocolate – Michelle – perhaps you can pick up my slack???

All is well here – the little lady feeds and sleeps really well – so far I have had none of that new baby exhaustion that people love to tell you about. Back to light training next week – just some long slow rows and I’ll add some KB’s in later.

    BACK IN SIX WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!

    Back squat 5,5,5,5,5 @ 75, 80, 85, 90, 95kg PB 🙂 (this is also my 1RM PB 🙂 )

    10 minutes of Doubleunders = 392

Great to hear you and the little one are doing well.

I thought about it and decided an AMRAP of double unders would just make me angry.

    Insted 5RFT
    20 20kg KB Swings
    20 Push Ups
    20 Double Unders(mmm)
    15ish minutes

I need to start doing some skills development on my weak points… Eg. double unders

happy easter, everyone. i celebrated by getting an epic trigger point massage to fix my shoulder

in the midst of paleo, however may indulge in some of that 85% cocoa chocolate as it has barely any sugar in it

itchin to get the shoulder back into training

Glad to hear everything’s going well, Vicki – when are you going to bring the little lady in for a visit? Will definitely help you out on the chocolate front 🙂 Why does chocolate taste so much better when it’s shaped like an egg?

5km morning run on a hilly course, took about 27min at an easy pace 🙂
