Sunday 28 March 2010

Posted by The Coach on March 27th, 2010

“If every human person had an idea; that idea being that humanity becomes truly free and detached physiologically and psychologically from the constraints and shackles of what we have become, created and conspired; do you think then that every individual being would be free and able to live without  continuous misery? Is then the urge of an idea enough to elicit real change; what is considered real and where is that change most real”? Stef Sifandos.

Andrew; I read the article. I would hate to imagine what larger, more population dense and capitalist driven countries / economies are doing regarding food handling, recycling of foods and waste disposal.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone – she is perfect 🙂

LONGEST TABATA EVER! Yep, we did it as a TABATA workout… 🙂 Home 12 hours after she was born.
Our low birth weight baby ended up weighing 7 pound 10 1/2 ounces, so not that small!!!!!! She is really short and a real chubba. Peter is totally besotted and I can’t begin to explain how amazing he was through a very painful posterior labour … NO DRUGS! (bit of gas but that’s it).
We will see you all soon!
