    Anyway

    WU – 3 rds 200m row + 10 x jump squat (no tuck)

    Strength – PC 5 x 70/75/77.5kg (PB)

    WOD – 125kg DL 7:18

    Not sure what the prospective customer thought as me, my wife and the wrights took this WOD thru its paces. Did he sign up storm?

    Hey Andrew…starting to seize up a little now but not so bad…damn burpees …boys all good at the moment but we’ll see.

    Re: Prospective customer – def not a good time or pretty time to visit – Storm would have had to work hard to convince him I was trying to do burpees and not fitting on the floor!! LOL!! He did -however look like he was impressed with your DL’s Andrew!! 🙂

    Awesome to catch up and do a WOD with you and Linda today.

    I did todays WOD at work gym
    Power Cleans
    55,60,65(easy 5Rm)

    100kg DL * 5
    Burpees * 10
    Time 6.45

    Legs didn’t seem to want to move after yesterdays squats.

    For some afternoon fun I drove out to Sullivan rock on the Bibbluman track and ran too Monadnocks camp site over a couple of “mountains” and back the easy way. Something like a 15km round trip.
