    Active recovery = 1hr 45min MTB ride through some local trails, easy to medium pace.

    2 x WODs today

    25km bike TT – did this on the windtrainer same as last week but this time with the acceptance that it would be hard, distance got a bit messed up so just went for time – 55mins

    Later had tabatha 20:10 8 each of pressups / squats / situps / burpees did much better than when I did this in January
