    Warm-up = Muscle Activation, Dynamic mobility drills.

    Front Squat 5,5,5,5 @ 15kg, 35, 45, 50, 50

    Press 5,5,5,5 @ 15kg, 35, 37.5, 37.5

    Weighted Pullup @ 12kg 5,5,5

    Single arm overhead kettlebell walking lunge x 10 steps each arm @ 16kg, 16, 16

    Finisher = 36kg Kettlebell swing x 54
