“Life is a relationship between elements, substances, consciousness and human beings”. Deepak Chopra.

It should be known that whatever we do in life, whatever our interactions may be and whatever we claim to know; these realities cannot be known without the interaction of one with another. To know the bar,  the bar must know you, to be at one with the bar, you must interact accordingly and respect your surroundings, this is when you will reach a place of higher understanding and wisdom…

Today the network of relationships linking the human race to itself and to the rest of the biosphere is so complex that all aspects affect all others to an extraordinary degree. Someone should be studying the whole system, however crudely that has to be done, because no gluing together of partial studies of a complex nonlinear system can give a good idea of the behavior of the whole. – Murray Gell-Mann

Only 1 workout today which was, thrusters – again!

    1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Thrusters, managed to do 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 40 / 40

did attempt 45kg but a little too ambitious – happy though with 40kg

1hr 15min MTB ride at an easy pace through some local trails.

On the way back, I found a fig tree on vacant land bearing lots of beautiful fruit, and ended up picking a bag full, yum, yum, yum.
