    Warm up: Skipping practice, mobility, Burgener warm up

    Press:
    5-5-5 @ 25kg
    10-7-4 @ 22.5kg

    Power Clean:
    Workup to 3RM – 50kg

    Front squat with 11.8kg of chains on each side
    5-5-5-5-5
    60-65-65-65-65kg – the weight specified here is excluding the weight of the chains

    Then:
    75-80kg Fatbar Deadlifts, 5reps
    Pull ups, 10 reps
    GHD Sit ups, 15 reps
    AMRAP in 15mins
    Rounds = 9 rounds + 5 DL
