WOD
“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    WU – 300m row, 20 KB swings, 60 skips with soem DU attempts thrown in – all x 3
    mobility

    WOD – 424

    Pull ups dropped off pretty quickly, a bit pf a drop off with push ups but managed to hold on for sit ups (better than i thought) and squats

    Warm-up = Mobility drills, 3 rounds of Row 300m + KB swing x 20 + Doubleunders x 20.

    WOD as Rx’d = 388 total

    PU = 10,10,10,10,8,8,8,8 = 72
    PS = 12,12,10,10,8,8,8,8 = 76
    SU = 12,13,12,12,12,12,12,12 = 97
    SQ = 19,19,19,17, 17, 17, 17, 18 = 143

    Warm up: 3 x (300m row, 20 x 12kg KB American Swings, 20 DUs)

    WOD: Total 355
    Pull ups (orange band) – 53
    Push ups – 73
    Sit ups – 93
    Squats – 136

    Gradual decline in number of reps with each round. The worst were the pull-ups – 10 on round 1, 5 on round 8.

    WOD – Redband 62/71/77/139 = 349 Total.

    I’m having a very very ordinary day today and this is reflected in the half-hearted training that I have attempted 😦
