60kg Push jerk, 7 reps
Pull Up, 15 reps
then

    Ok have bad news 😦 and good news 🙂

    bad news, have inflamed achilles due to tight calves from pose running! you would have thought that I would have learned by now – I know I suffer with tight calves anyway and knew that the pose running was making them worse but didn’t focus on stretching them out – physio thinks that I will be ok, providing I look after them

    good news!
    I have received my trigger point therapy torture chamber equipment and can now roll out my calves to release the tightness.

    did my first triathlon in 19mths today, I think I was 4th overall, was 3rd until the last lap of the run, for once I was happy with how I performed although I don’t have the running legs yet and I found it incredibly difficult to pose run after swimming and cycling

    now just need to look after those achilles

    Today’s KB course with Steve Cotter is not easy, very challenging technically and physically, glad to be here and partaking, and very happy to have Steve here! He is a wealth of knowledge, especially regarding Kettlebell training and the sport of kettlebells!

    I had way too much upper body soreness even to contemplate the WOD, so went for a 1hr 30min run with a 6kg backpack.
