Scale people! That’s a lot of rope climbing and a truckload of scaled climbs. You still need to grip things tomorrow! If that many rope climbs is
not within your capacity, scale them back.

For those that were on the running cert (also for other Cell members) where we talked a little about nutrition – one of the things that was mentioned as being excellent to use was coconut water.

Currently this is only available at bikram yoga perth (I tried one this morning its great) they cost $3.50 for 330ml so not cheap.

They are available from ebay in 1ltr versions but delivery pushes the price up considerably.

Spliting the shipping cost brings the total cost to $117.60 each instead of having to spend $235.15 to get the same unit cost of approx $3.26 per 3.33ml which is a small saving

Would anyone like to share the shipping cost with me as I am going to buy 12 x 1 litre

    Link to ebay is

Hold off in the coconut water guys. We’re in talks with a distributor (George from The Cell) who is working on getting the distribution rights here in WA. We’ll know more within a week. But if George pulls it off, which we fully expect he will, because he’s the man, we’ll be stocking it here at The Cell.
