Sunday 25 October 2009

Posted by The Coach on October 24th, 2009

It is in times of question that we discover who we truly are. It is when we constantly ask honest questions of self that we realise the potential we maintain within and we realise the capability and raw expression of what one is truly able to achieve. It is with humility, passion, awareness of action and carefully laden thought processes that we reach a point of inner knowing. This path cannot be tread without the ever strong presence of fear. We speak of fear often; why? Because it is present in our lives daily, it is unavoidable, so why ignore it? Fear is our greatest of teachers, it teaches more than we at times (in fact most times) acknowledge. With the acceptance that fear is allowed; the human person can conquer all that s/he must face to develop and to achieve maximum personal growth. Embrace what it is that threatens your existence, what threatens the world you know, understand it and then move with it. An easy task? No. A long path to inner knowing? Yes. A challenge that will last your entire life? More than likely. Yet a challenge that along the way you may learn what it is to be real, to be human and to accept all that is in existence...
