    good snatch technique (1 or 2 hand) is all about how much you can scream…

    seriously this is all the more impressive for being done in what looks like a school gym when the kids have gone home

    Awesome…… I wonder if the screaming technique works for other lifts…. I’m going to try it out when knocking out my 220kg press next Friday 😉

    No need for a glitzy gym to illicit awesome performances. A world-class strength & conditioning facility is all about the athletes and the coaching. Not the bells and whistles.

    you see just think how much more (!!) this guy could lift if he didnt just scream at the end of the lift

    all the screaming reminds me of that doco with schwarzenegger where he talks about fooling an aspiring bodybuilder into screaming every time he does a pose in front of the judges, going higher in pitch the higher he raises his arms
