Mmmmmmmm bear crawls! I am sure BEARS put their ass in the air… An excellent effort by all (meaning all 3 of us who DIDN’T pike out 🙂 ) this morning!
Stef is getting earlier and earlier – we are going to have to start getting there at 4.30 to beat him soon!

scheduled rest day today so i didn’t pike, vicki! hehe

andrew, that’s gayer than stef spotting adam’s back squats

Yeah, it’s pretty gay, especially if you wore budgie smugglers 🙂
Just don’t start wearing the smugglers AND listen to coldplay at the same time. Or The Fray. VERY gay.

The term gay used in the context that you used it in is politically incorrect! Haha! ANd what is wrong with Coldplay, they are not too bad. Aqua aerobics, I know why you go there Mr Towler…

BAM! Never would there be a 4.30am class! NEVER!
