“We often face trials in our lives in which the situation calls our ability to comprehend these challenges as easy to overcome not in the realm of possibility. This is not necessarily a real perception or even reality. It is very seldom that any situation in life can only be viewed from a negative perspective. This must remain prominent in the minds of all who face pain and turmoil. One must not adhere to the belief that all is lost, one must never lose hope. It is instances such as these that the individual must remain focused, patient and open in understanding their potential to gain… Under the bar (metaphorically speaking) we sweat, we often bleed and we question ourselves, our integrity, our character, our place. Under the bar we hurt, we burn, we face our deepest fears, we ‘think’ there is no way out, but at that time, in that space all that matters, all that is relevant is our ability to find a way out and to embrace deeply who we are. The truth is; there is only one way out, and that is to finish, no matter how, no matter how long, just finish and finish strong… Then you will know who you really are…” SS
