    deadlifts
    170kg,190kg,210kg(2) then 15 reps 130kg

    wod as rxd 9.16mins

    good fun training with everyone this morning

    warm up: 3 min row, then push ups, sit ups, lunges, swings, burpees and a bunch of bear crawls

    deadlift: felt weak with these today, was annoying
    3 x 110-120f-100-100
    15 x 80 (this one felt pretty good)

    wod: 5 rounds
    20 x kb snatch 16kg
    60 x single skip

    forgot to write down time… probably about 11 mins
